Gotta have rules to run a good show!

Welcome to Chloe Rose Creations. To ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all clients, I have established the following policies. By scheduling an appointment with me, you agree and accept to adhere to these terms & conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellation: I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

  • No show: Will incur a fee of 100% of your scheduled services. Once paid, future bookings can be made. In the event of a 2nd No Shows, this will be recorded, all future booking will require you to prepay at the time of you booking your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: In the unfortunate event of you being 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients appointments. Or change your appointment to a shorter service that I have time allocated for. You will be charged for the scheduled services.

2 Refunds & Redo's

  • Refund Policy: I do not usually offer refunds on services. However, if you are unsatisfied, please notify me within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. I may offer a complimentary redo or up to 50% refund. If a refund is offered, I will no longer provide a service for you in the future.

  • Redo Policy: Redo's must be scheduled within 7 day of the original appointment.

3 Health & Safety

  • Health Concerns: If you are experiencing any illness or have been exposed to contagious health conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Allergies: Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment, to allow us to discuss your allergies.

  • Sanitation: I follow all local health guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitized environment. Tools and surfaces are disinfected between clients.

  • I do not take responsibility for any of your personal belongings.

  • Providing services from your home: I prioritise the safety and well-being of all individuals present. However, I am not responsible for the health and safety of children or pets during appointments. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that children and pets are properly supervised and kept at a safe distance from any equipment or hazardous materials during the service.

  • I am not liable for any accidents, injuries or incidents in the clients home during my visit.

4 Children, Guests or Pets

  • Children & Pet: For the children's safety and the comfort of other clients, I ask that you refrain bringing them to your appointments.

  • Guests: Please limit the number of guests accompanying you to your appointment to ensure a calm and spacious appointment.

5 Service Adjustments

  • If a service needs to be altered (e.g. changing hair colour or style), additional charges may apply. I will discuss any extra cost with you before proceeding with the service.

6 Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service. I accept cash or electronic payments (BACS).

7 Products

  • All retail products sales are final. If you experience an issue with a product, please notify me for possible exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

8 Appointment Etiquette and Socials

  • Respect for Staff: Please be respectful to all staff members. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of appointments and services.

9 Privacy

  • I respect your privacy and ensure that any personal information shared during your visit (e.g. contact details) is kept confidential and only used for appointment services.

10 Authorisation and Consent

  • As of the 25th May 2018 as new EU legislation called GDPR is effective, this affects everyone, you as the consumer have rights to your data and what business do with it. In order for me to continue your services smoothly we need you to complete forms to give your consent for me to collect, use and store data and you give my permission to the business to collect and handle and store your personal data for treatment and appointment purposes in accordance with GDPR guidelines 25th May 2018.

11 Marketing

  • You have agreed that I can contact you for marketing purposes (such as monthly newsletters) and appointment reminders via text and email confirmations and that you understand how I use and store data and you give your permission to collect and handle and store your personal data for treatment and appointment purposes in accordance with GDPR guidelines 25th May 2018.

12 Photography

  • You agree that I can store and use photographs taken of your treatment on my social media platforms. You confirm that you understand how I use and store data and you give permission to me to collect, handle and store your personal data for treatment and appointment purposes in accordance with GDPR guidelines 25th May 2018.

  • You consent to the possibility of photos or videos being taken during your appointment to showcase on social media platforms for promotional purposes. By accepting this policy, you agree to the use for your images being used.

  • Please inform me at your appointment if you wish for them to not be used.
